1.How could I get samples?

Sample value less than ten US dollars, we can supply for free, more than ten US dollars, we will need to charge sample fee. Sample will be sent to you after receipt of payment. Freight Collect. If you don’t have express freight collect account No.,we will add the freight into the sample invoice.

2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity,weight and volume of the samples and your area.
3.How can I get your price list?

4.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes.Logo or imprints can be printed on our products,minimum quantity is 2000pcs per logo. if you want your logo printed on the package such as gift box,paper card, MOQ is 3000pcs per model. You can send us the artwork by Email in .CDR and .AI format, format.

5.How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by Email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information ,
? Shipping information-company name,street address,phone number,fax
number,destination airport or sea port,transportation method(by courier,by air or by ocean container)
? Product information-model numbers,quantity,unit price.
? Delivery time required.
? Freight payment(by collect or prepay)

6.Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

7.How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20Kgs,usually sent by courier,For orders from 20kgs to 500Kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume,usually sent by ocean container. The transportation method depends on client's choice, Freight depends on quantity,weight,volume,transportation method , destination country(airport,sea port).

8..What's the warranty of your products?

6months to 12 months,depending on the products.We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

9.How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month,you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month,you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10.Do you accept OEM projects?

Yes, OEM projects are welcome.
